Leo Gerten
Chief Executive Officer
Leo's 28 years of industry expertise, includes pioneering roles at Motorola and Palm and leadership of global R&D teams at Dell and HP. An inventor with over 15 US patents, Leo has spearheaded advancements in digital base stations, Bluetooth, smartphones, and other technologies. His leadership was instrumental in achieving a majority market share for Fibocom and driving Rolling Wireless’ expansion into the PC sector.

Matteo Lupini is the COO of ThingsX, leading operations, growth, and partnerships in PC IoT and connectivity. With 15+ years in hardware, manufacturing, and IoT, he has held leadership roles in embedded systems, SaaS/PaaS, and wireless technologies. Matteo excels in bridging hardware and software ecosystems. Originally from Italy, he moved to the U.S to complete his studies and play soccer. Now based in Austin, Texas, he continues to drive ThingsX’s mission to deliver next-generation IoT solutions.

Vice President of Engineering
Kumar’s more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry includes a distinguished career at prominent companies like Amazon, AWS, HP, and Oracle. His expertise extends across the USA, Taiwan, and India, where he has led pioneering initiatives in cloud technologies and software development. Kumar’s professional endeavors cover a wide range of domains, including personal computing, wireless communications, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. Kumar holds a master’s degree in Computer Science.
